Parents of a child who received life-threatening injuries after being hurled from the 10th floor of the art gallery have revealed their "brave warrior" has reached his objective of succeeding to swim, run, and jump again.

The French youngster was six when he was pushed off a ledge by a youth, previously seventeen.

The child, who was traveling with his parents in 2019 when attacked, lived through a 30-meter drop but experienced life-changing injuries, such as a brain hemorrhage and shattered bones.

Parents stated in an update on a crowdfunding platform, they were delighted that he had been successful to improve with his running, jumping and swimming before his forthcoming operation.

"He doesn't do it similar to youngsters of his age, certainly, but we can no longer describe his actions in any other way than by saying it's running, jumping, and swimming."

"It's different, just for a couple of yards or a minimal elevation, but it's an incredible success."

He, who endured months in ICU, has persisted to build cognitive endurance.

His family said although his recollection capacity were yet highly constrained, they were effective and progressing, so he was "developing a basic understanding at his own pace, which more and more allows him to be integrated with kids."

'Goal Achieved'

Parents noted: "He is also developing, and because of his sessions with the psychomotor therapist, he currently permits himself to rest."

Subsequent to a court case at the central criminal court, the teenager was convicted of trying to kill and was jailed in 2020 for no less than a decade and a half.
